What You’ll Do
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll support recruiters by helping assess and present technical candidates with clarity and confidence.
Your role includes:

Running remote technical interviews (via Zoom or Meet)

Reviewing coding assignments or code portfolios

Writing clear, structured assessment reports

Providing hiring recommendations and salary insights

Advising on job specs and candidate fit

Joining kick-off calls to support role definition

Contributing to workshops and recruiter upskilling (optional)
You won’t source, chase clients, or manage offers — we handle that. You focus on tech evaluation and advisory.
Who We Look For

A senior-level software engineer, tech lead, or architect

Comfortable communicating technical insight to non-technical audiences

Experienced in hiring, mentoring, or interviewing other engineers

Interested in flexible, freelance-style work that’s meaningful and scalable
