What You’ll Do
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll support recruiters by helping assess and present candidates with clarity and confidence.
Your role includes:

Conducting remote technical interviews (via Zoom or Meet)

Reviewing coding assignments or code portfolios

Writing clear, structured assessment reports

Providing hiring recommendations and salary insights
-
Advising on job specs and candidate fit

Joining kick-off calls to support role definition

Contributing to workshops and recruiter upskilling (optional)
You won’t source, chase clients or manage offers. You focus on tech evaluation and advisory.

Senior-level software engineers, tech leads, ML/AI engineers and other software professionals

Comfortable communicating technical insight to non-technical audiences

Experienced in hiring, mentoring, or interviewing other engineers
